Positive: Nice location, beautiful view from the porch
Negative: The key was not in the key box. We later found it in on the outside doors. (Hard to see in the dark). The coffee maker was tiny for a group of 4 adults. The water filter needed to be replaced. Very slow dripping water. The hot water stopped working after one day in the small, 2nd bedroom. Very difficult to reach the property manager who initially responded, then stopped answering texts.
Summary: Nice location and views. Needs a better way to reach a live person with needs and concerns.

Negative: There were no hot pads or dish towels. Cleaners should vacuum the bathroom floor.

Positive: Exceptional host and amazing apartment. All spaces were very clean and the view from the outdoor space is breathtaking. The host was amazing and communication was great. We had to end our trip early because of a tropical storm and the host offered us a refund for our last night since we had to leave 1 day earlier. 100% recommended!!
