Summary: This was a PERFECT spot for my family of four’s, first time visit to the San Diego area. This cottage is within walking distance to a beautiful scenic beach area and just a short drive to all that the San Diego area has to offer. Rodney was very responsive and accommodating and had offered many suggestions for local spots. We would definitely recommend staying to anyone planning a visit…GREAT TIMES!!!

Summary: We were in town to visit our SDSU student for a long weekend. The house is in walking distance to OB beaches and restaurants which was great since parking is always a challenge in San Diego. The house is a very cute little beach cottage in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was a perfect home base for us. Because it is a cottage, the kitchen is small - all we needed for a long weekend. Everything was clean and comfortable. The linens in the bath are due for an update, but everything else was great and Rodney was very helpful.
