Summary: The condo is a little dated but as expected given the price range. They actually offer more amenities than the listing mentions. Felt very safe and comfortable. Hard to share the parking with the neighboring renter but able to find street parking easily. Would stay again. Thank you!

Summary: The following isn’t the fault of the property management: Remember OB favorably from like 10 years ago. It is kind of a dump now. The streets smell of urine (animal? human?). Good coffee hut a couple of blocks away, and downtown is walking distance. Dog beach is across the street and a park. The property is clean, cracked tiles and broken fans notwithstanding. Neighborhood isn’t their fault.

Summary: Bring a San Diego native that moved away I really I liked the location. Fenced yard and parking a plus. Especially with littles. Washer and dryer a plus. Great place to stay as a family. Would definitely stay here again. One thing I would just wash the dishes before using they were all pretty dirty but was not a big deal for us to wash them.
