Summary: Stayed 20-27 Sept 2022 This flawless apartment is a modern and well equipped penthouse with everything you could possibly need. The cleanliness on arrival was amazing. Every surface was sparkling and pristine. The two generous bedrooms were ideal, one with a double and the other with twin beds. There is plenty drawer space and hangers in the wardrobes. The double bedroom has a TV. Both bathrooms, again sparkling clean, delivered lots of hot water even if both showers operated at the same time. The en suite in the double bedroom had an enormous walk in shower whilst the other provided a shower over bath combination. The kitchen area was well stocked with utensils, cutlery and crockery. It had a fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. All rooms had A/C which worked well and quietly. The roof sun terrace was very spacious and well furnished with a dining area, sunbeds, casual seating and a fantastic hammock. Perfect for soaking up the Spanish sun. The pool area looked lovely and inviting although we personally didn’t use it. The apartment’s location is perfect and is only 500m from the nearest supermarket and easy to walk back from with supplies. The large Boulevard Shopping Centre is also just round the corner. Within a five minute walk there are lots of bars and restaurants and fifteen minutes will take you to the beach. All communications with the owner Dominique were answered quickly and professionally. On our arrival we were met by Ann the key holder who was very polite and helpful. She explained perfectly how all the appliances worked as she gave us a tour of the apartment. Both our arrival and departure went very smoothly. We had a wonderful stay in this apartment and hope to return. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Summary: Very modern, clean and well equipped penthouse, roof sun terrace was very spacious and well furnished where we spent most of our time bathing in the glorious sunshine. Pool area was lovely and clean and well kept. If you like to shop the boulevard is just round the corner lots of lovely shops, restaurants and a very large supermarket. Within walking distance of restaurants, bars and beach. The transition went very smoothly Dominique the owner responded very quickly to any queries I had. We all had a lovely relaxing break and look forward to returning.
