Summary: The property had an alarm we weren’t told about which had the neighbours round, the house was filthy which we cleaned, we stayed six weeks and left in far better condition than when we arrived. We were promised by owner uk tv was available, it wasn’t, after two weeks a tv repair man came sorted satellite to operational which lasted 4 days! I had to buy pillows locally as they were useless!

Summary: This is the second time that we have stayed at this villa. It is lovely and clean and in a very beautiful and peaceful location. The communal pool is straight across from the villa and is accessed via a secure gate. Would definitely recommend staying here

Summary: Everything you need is available. Very close to the swimming pool. Good communication with the property manager. We will come back to Torrevieja with pleasure.

Summary: The location and neighbourhood are very nice. The house is just in front of the comunity pool, but it is very quite there. Offers lots of privacy. Close to some nice restaurants and the golf course. For easy reaching ( within few minutes drive) the beach, grocery and sports center (e.g. tennis) good to have a car. The house has all necessary stuff you need. Though the specifics of the area is very slow home internet. Overall great place for holidays. Highly recommended!

Summary: What a great villa. Lovely and clean, well looked after. Beautiful area, lovely and quiet. Great swimming pool which is straight across from the villa and which is safe and secure for the kids as the 2 entrance gates are always kept locked. All the rooms are air conditioned apart from one bedroom but this has a ceiling fan. Would definitely book this again.

Summary: Firstly excellent directions from the owner which takes you right to the door. The villa was extremely clean and fully equipped. The air con was a god send but a shame it wasn't in the 3rd bedroom. The beds were extremely comfortable and the terrace had plenty of furniture but wasn't cramped. We were a family of 5 and the villa was plenty big enough for us. We ate both inside and outside with plenty of space. What was also a nice surprise was that there were plenty of towels both for showering and also beach towels which we knew in advance so didn't have to pack bulky towels. The pool is directly opposite the villa and wasn't too busy. Location was perfect the square at Villamartin was walk-able and the beach only 10 mins drive away. Only criticism would be the sunloungers on the top terrace are not lay flats and a few more would be welcome but this is only a very minor criticism as you can lounge around the pool all day long. The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery. The big surprise was that there was also English channels in the master bedroom which was great. All in all a fabulous week and will return. Communication with the owner was spot on and always replied quickly to answer any emails.
