Positive: It was very clean, welcoming and comfortable. Plenty of facilities including a washing machine. We bought frozen fish in nearby Rawene and made a very nice meal using the oven. Our room was warm and very peaceful and quiet in the countryside. We were warmly welcomed by Gordon, our host who explained the essentials of country living. Being country folk ourselves. We understood water wise practices. We were pleased we chose Oak Lodge.

Negative: Couldn’t find anything to dislike.
