A perfect location to relax by the pool, play basketball at your own private sport court and go for a bike ride in the beautiful Bidwell park. Large kitchen with a great floor plan. The backyard is perfect for entertaining and having family gatherings. The pool has a swim up seating area and a slide with diving board. We are very close to the farmers market and downtown restaurants.

Summary: The property is so beautiful! It’s large and very well maintained. You’re close to the park, downtown and campus. It’s an excellent location for walking or biking. We spent the month of July there so we could enjoy the pool (the photos don’t do it justice - it’s huge!) and spend time with friends and family in CA. The house has everything you will ever need and is great for gatherings. Cherise was so responsive, accommodating and friendly. It made it an even better experience. We look forward to staying there again!

Summary: What an amazing place to stay, we really felt like we were miles away from the neighbors but in reality were 3mins from downtown Chico. The whole place really felt like home! We enjoyed the backyard with such a beautiful pool! We had fun playing games next to the fireplace! I love to cook and the kitchen was perfect with a bar connecting dining room so we could all still interact as I cooked❤️ Such a cozy wonderful place!!! Cherise is an amazing host!!! We felt so welcomed and right home! We all really had a beautiful time and enjoyed how peaceful and serene it is!! What a blessing to have stayed there!!! We are already planning sometime in the summer. Thank you so much for having us!!!🌸
