Summary: Nice room, clean. Friendly staff on reception and in the restaurant, and the food is good. I dont do breakfast, so cant comment on that, but colleagues say it is excellent.

Summary: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the floor in our room was wet, lot of noise in the night from other guests and shower/water going somewhere nearby. Breakfast had good selection but hot food was very greasy.

Summary: Perfect location to be able to walk to city and back (15-20 minutes) but not have to be in city centre. Great employees who are more than willing to accommodate your requests. Lovely common spaces to have a nightcap, afternoon bell or anything in between. Highly recommend.

Summary: Such a pretty and friendly Hotel! We stayed four nights, cozy rooms, comfy bed, netflix on the tv, coffee in the room, great room service etc. We had all our dinners at Fork restaurant. We loved everything they made for us! The burger was to die for, and the 40 oz Thomahawk Steak nearly killed us both (in a good way). The service was top notch, always professional and friendly. We will for sure miss this place. Thank you so much! We will for sure recomend this hotel to anybody who travel to Galway!

Summary: We had such a lovely stay in Nox Hotel. Staff were so great especially Ivan in the bar , he’s an absolute gentleman - so kind and helpful. Food was absolutely delicious! We were so pleased with our stay.

Summary: The hotel was nice and clean. The room was large for Europe. It’s outside of Galway city center so you do need a car or taxi to get to the sight. Hotel staff were wonderful and accommodating. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was above average for what you typically think of. The only problem we had was that the toilet in our room was so weak you had to flush over and over and over.
