Negative: One couple called to us, looking for help with opening the lock box in their apt, they said they had called the reception but they were no help, that shows a bad attitude on the part of the reception staff, especially as it was raining heavily at the time, (after 9pm).

Positive: Nice living room, kitchen had everything we needed, lots of hot water in sinks and shower, comfy bed and the area is very quiet at night, so slept great. Really easy and quick to get to the city center by bus.
