Negative: The images used are not actually accurate and are misleading The gym was dirty as anything I could even be in there for more than 10min it was absolutely horrible and the smell was awful. The room wasn’t up to standard as expected considering i have stayed at various Novotel hotels prior and there was dust around the edges on the floor around the bed and cupboard and in the bathroom. When I’ve mentioned this to the hotel they didn’t care never offered to get room re-cleaned or offer and alternative room the staff just didn’t care when asked for the hotel manager it was always an excuse he’s not available or he’s gone home or he’s busy but surprisingly on the last day of my stay he became available hmmmmmm. The FOOD breakfast, lunch and dinner there was so many instances that the food they was serving was cold and the food that was cold if we had eaten that it would have given us food poisoning even then when asking for the manager there so many excuses and it was got to a point where we had to walk out of the hotel Resturant because it was absolute shambles I if the food was hot but no taste we could live with that but to serve cold food that should be served hotel is so bad. Some staff were helpful and that’s the security staff outside who would help us and direct us to the right place. Personally i think i should be compensated somehow because of the experience we had now I really wished I spent a little bit more money and stayed at JW Marriott Instead you’d end up being treated with a lot more respect and rectified and issues
