Positive: Bath towel was dirty, with some stains. Otherwise overall neat and tidy. I expected some special surprise as I mentioned it was my 40th wedding anniversary. Of course ! all the staff at every point was really courteous, helpful.

Negative: Room size was bit matter of concern.

Summary: Quite comfortable and convenient.

Positive: I really liked the staff at the hotel. We arrived late at night and they were able to make dinner for us and arrange it at the restaurant despite it obviously being closed at the time and given the late hour, we really appreciated that. I also had some of the best sleep i ever had at the hotel cause of how good the bed and pillows were 😂

Negative: I just wasn’t much of a fan of the location, and the high bathtub/shower situation. Was inconvenient getting in and out of the bathtub since it was placed high.

Summary: The staff are really accommodating. I wasn’t a big fan of the location.

Positive: Was not sure if location but seemed safe enough. Breakfasts were more than sufficient. The staff were excellent. Glen, the door person in particular was very helpful. Everyone made my stay very enjoyable.

Negative: The only thing I was a bit upset about was the Hotel reception staff organised a tour for me to the Elephanta Caves. The tour was wonderful, there was a bit of miscommunication about the price and as the driver took 5000 rupee from me then told them I didn’t give it to him when I had as well as 1000 rupee tip for him.
