Positive: The staff at the front desk made sure we have a comfortable stay. Specially a shout out to Yasir! Thank you for making sure we had a comfortable stay

Negative: Some staff at the Rivoli were outright rude and somr we very helpful. Looks like they don't know how to handle multiple clients single handed. We waited for almost 30 minutes for getting a seat when there was only one table being used. The waiting staff cities easily clean one table and accomodate us but just took their sweet time.

Summary: Enjoyable and will stay there again but never eat at their restaurant

Positive: Spacious rooms, extremely quiet, and overall great staff like Lahsen and Jaz, front desk personnel who exemplify the meaning of great customer service.

Negative: On the night of May 11th when we returned at 11pm, I went to take 2 paper coffee cups and some napkins from the stand that had been placed behind the front desk but all the way over to the end of the back counter, since there was no one at the desk, and Lahsen had told me the day before that it was okay. As I was doing that, some customers appeared and the night desk clerk Esaam came out, saw me and started to tell me that I was not permitted to do that and that I couldn’t do that and I can’t be there and I can’t take anything. I told him that I had been given permission by Lahsen and just needed some cups and napkins. He continued to repeat himself all the time in a very condescending manner and tone that I found rude and inappropriate since he was admonishing me in front of other customers as if I was a thief. I just walked away with the cups and went up to my room. There is a way to speak to people without the aggressive stance he took and he clearly needs some training in that area. I was in a customer service position for many years and that is NOT how you address clients. A call from management to me to address this issue would be welcomed.

Positive: Adequate airport-adjacent hotel close to technopark, not in a tourist area but that was expected.

Negative: Hotel front desk recommended parking near metro station to go into city and my rental car got towed from it, so don't do that.

Positive: Room is great, very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is big and excellent.

Negative: It is not that close to the airport to be called "airport" it is a 15-min uber drive, in fact.
