Positive: The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The facility was new and clean. The hotel provided a great shuttle service to and from the airport.

Negative: The breakfast was very chaotic, not prepared for as many guests as were in the hotel. The breakfast staff could not meet the demand for coffee, food, etc. The trash was overflowing. However, it was a national holiday, so understandable. The location is definitely right under the flight path, so a white noise machine came in handy. The outlets did not all work, for example in the bathroom (so no night light in a very dark room, no hairdryer).

Summary: A very nice property for families with kids (pool with slide), but not so much for a couple.

Negative: Location is a bit tricky to get to and there are no restaurants nearby if you do not have a vehicle. Fee to park.

Summary: Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. No restaurants nearby for dinner. Parking is extra.

Positive: The location was perfect for my travel needs ,and the shuttle bus to the airport was very convenient. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Negative: The breakfast could have been better, the scrambled eggs were cold and there wasn't much variety, it was quite a basic selection.That said breakfast was still ok overall.

Positive: Nice breakfast and spacious room

Negative: 1) We had to drive the wrong way down a street to get over a 4” curb versus the other 6” curb from recent road work. 2) NO area assigned to check in for our car. 3) Had to pay for parking after the fiasco of trying to get in and there were hardly any cars in the lot. 4) The handicapped toilet seat wasn’t secure which is dangerous for a wheelchair transfer. 5) One set of darkening drapes was 6” off the floor. 6) Our room faced the noise of the highway.
