Positive: Communication was good,we were picked up at the port, taken to the property, and returned to the port at the end of the stay. Shops and restaurants were pointed out on the journey, but as it was October, some were closed for the season. We had the choice of 2 supermarkets and 3 restaurants. The property itself is a 2 min walk from Livadi beach, which was lovely but very quiet at this time of year. Our studio had a lovely big veranda with shade and most things you could need in the kitchen area. The cleaner took pride in her work😁 We liked the beach chairs👍

Negative: This property is a good 15-minute walk uphill to Chora (for shops and restaurants) on a dirt track road. It's pretty much in the middle of nowhere, and the only beach restaurant was closed for the season. Unless you have transport you need to be organised with your food & drink or you will be doing lots of walking. Ideally, hire a car or moped if you can . The bathroom floor gets flooded when you shower.

Positive: The breakfast was served starting at 9ish in the beach restaurant. I opted for a green tea, 2 fried eggs & bacon & fruit salad. All was delicious, cost 14€

Negative: The big mosquito net of the French windows was completely broken, so had to have the AC on the whole night. The bathroom would not be comfortable for anyone over the size 34-36 (female). Quite soulless. (Nr.5) The dusty road all the way up to the main village might not please everyone, with or without a car.

Summary: A nice culinary stint to the neighboring island!

Positive: We loved this property. Stylish interior with bathroom and small kitchenette area and patio. Slow Wi-Fi as others have said which mean’t that we didn’t have any distractions and read lots of books and played games :) Extremely helpful owner and such a friendly and smiley lady who cleans the accommodation each day and a lift to and from the port. Super close to the sandy beach and comfortable little chairs to take to sit on. A 10 minute walk up to the very attractive and authentic feeling Chora. Perfect leg stretch after a lazy day on the beach and downhill on the way back. A good selection of bars and tavernas. We extended our stay.

Positive: Cute self contained traditional Greek cube style apartment. It was very small but adequate. A short walk to the beach.

Negative: The verandah was too hot and sunny to use for most of the day. There were no deck chairs to lounge on the verandah. The surrounding area was very dusty with exposed dirt surrounding the property and it was a hit walk uphill to the market and most restaurants.

Summary: A partial sea view in this small cute cottage. Good for a couple who don’t mind walking.
