Positive: Everything! Our Host was so lovely and knowledgeable about the area. Our room was comfortable and charming. Easy walk to downtown. Very clean. Our breakfast was delicious. I really loved that she had the history of the house in a book. I would recommend Northey Street House highly and hopefully return again.

Negative: The time of year is crowded and parking is hard. It had more to do with Salem and not the house.

Positive: Beautiful home and really close to the center of town. Easy walking distance if you don’t plan to drive. Owner was very attentive and checks up with you daily if you need anything. Definitely would stay here again.

Positive: My stay was wonderful. The owner is amazing and very helpful. She was able to make suggestions about where to eat and where to visit. It's within walking distance of downtown Salem so I didn't need to worry about parking in town. I would highly recommend this bed & breakfast.

Negative: Nothing. Everything was wonderful.

Positive: The house is beautiful, and our room and bathroom were both very spacious. There was a heat spell going on, but luckily there was AC. Flora supplied reusable water bottles, reusable bags (for shopping), and while she kept basic breakfast necessities in the kitchen, she came and cooked for us (the fritata and the cottage cheese and strawberry parfait were particularly yummy).

Negative: The Captain's Room (our room) is on the 2nd level, and the other rooms are on the third. The other tenants could get noisy, and were easily heard from our room.

Positive: Everything! The location was fantastic - close walking distance to most everything “to do” in Salem. The room was lovely, clean, comfortable. The bathroom was perfect, nice hot water and well equipped. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The host (Flora) was helpful, friendly, and welcoming. She does an absolutely fantastic job going above and beyond in many ways. Highly recommend!!
