Our home is approximately 6 miles up the 4x4 beach at the wide North Swan Beach - Pool, elevator and hot tub.
"North Shore" Extraordinary Oceanview, beach and breaker views! Pool, Hot Tub, Wi-Fi, outdoor shower and 3 levels with an Elevator! Drive your four-wheel drive vehicle to the edge of the pavement, shift into four-wheel drive and cruise up this beautiful sandy coast of eastern North Carolina home of the wild horses.
This is the "North Shore" at its best— great ocean views from every level of this luxurious home, situated on an elevated position on the beach. Three living areas create multiple options for your family vacation. We offer an upscale home with 6 bedrooms (4 Master King Ocean view bedrooms, 1 Master Queen Bedroom, and 1 Master Bunk Bedroom with twin/twin and twin/full bunks. There is also a queen sleeper in the game room. There will be no fighting over bathrooms each bedroom has its own bathroom! There is a large open kitchen with upscale finishes.
Amenities include a large(29x12) private pool, hot tub, game room, ice-maker, second full refrigerator, coffee and wine bar, reverse osmosis system with the kitchen sink, washer/dryer and Wi-Fi.
You will find comfort and upscale living in this beautifully appointed new home. Level three offers large open concept living with incredible ocean and beach views. A 75 " 4K UltraTV. An elevator for bringing up groceries to the spacious kitchen with large island, double ovens and a coffee/wine bar. The dining table is oversized with seating for the entire family with windows that allow you to watch the ocean. A beautiful deck with extensive ocean and beach views. A top floor ocean view Master King bedroom with a tray ceiling, sliding glass door access to the deck, and bathroom with large walk in shower with double shower heads, double sinks and private toilet room.
Level two opens to a grand double story light filled entry. Five large master bedrooms all with private baths: 3 King master bedrooms with ocean views and direct deck access, 1 Queen master and 1 master twin/twin, twin/full bunks. The ocean views are spectacular from this level under the shade of a deck.
The first floor has a game room, Queen sleeper sofa, wet bar, full size refrigerator, ice maker 50” HDTV, Ping Pong, Large cement surround private gated pool (12x29) with a tanning ledge or child play area and outside access to the house half bath, outside shower with hot and cold water and hot tub.

Summary: We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful Outer Banks home! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this house was something special—immaculately clean, thoughtfully furnished, and perfectly suited for our group of 10, including two young children under 10. There was more than enough space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves without ever feeling crowded.The location was fantastic—just a short and easy walk to the beach, which made it ideal for quick trips back and forth with the kids. The home had everything we needed and more, with plenty of room for shared meals, games, and quiet moments on the deck.Barbara, the owner, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her communication was prompt, warm, and helpful from start to finish. She clearly cares about the experience of her guests, and it made a big difference in how smooth and enjoyable our stay was.We’re already talking about coming back—this house made our Outer Banks vacation everything we hoped it would be!

Summary: What a fantastic home! This home is spacious, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen had everything for our group of 14. The choice of three coffee machines kept our morning gatherings relaxed and enjoyable. The double oven came in handy with our larger meals. The living room was plenty large and comfortable for our 8 adults to be seated. The large coffee table allowed us to do two 1000 piece jigsaw puzzles (provided). The decor in the living spaces allowed us to feel very connected to the OBX. The 6 bedrooms were large and all had ensuites. All the bedrooms were very comfortable. The grandchildren enjoyed the bunk beds and fell asleep each night exhausted from their cousin time. The recreation room on the ground floor was perfect for our ping pong tournaments. The ice machine on this floor was essential. The elevator was used sparingly but was appreciated for moving groceries, etc between floors at the beginning and end of our stay. The sunrises at this property were spectacular! The beach and beach passes were used daily in the morning hours and the pool was completely shaded by 3p allowing for up to 8 hours of water time each day. The wild horses were on the property daily, one morning there were 10 of them sleeping just outside the property fence! It was a 30 minute drive to get off the beach, we only made the trip a couple of times. The owner was extremely responsive to all of our communication and needs. Thank you for a wonderful week!!

Summary: This property is incredible, and the host couldn't have been better. The house looks incredible in the listing and turned out to be even better than the pictures. Barbara was easy to work with, a great communicator, and helpful as I planned our trip. It couldn't have been better! The house is even nicer than the pictures. The floors are gorgeous, and it looks like every wall has been freshly painted. There are nice touches everywhere. Unlike other (many?) rent houses, the kitchen is well stocked with silverware and dishes, and the quality of knives and equipment isn't lacking. There's pride everywhere you look in the house. We appreciated the beverage coolers, and the second full size refrigerator. It's an easy walk to the beach and we appreciated the chairs and equipment. The wild horses hung out around the property and the various balconies gave us the best views. When we left, all families were asking when we'd return. We'll be back!

Summary: We had the most amazing stay! The beach was definitely something you should see once in your lifetime. My children were in “happy tears” over the magical sight of the wild horses that grazed all around the house and nearby dunes. The house itself was clean with plenty of space for our family and children. We loved the ice maker on the ground level - genius addition to the home! All of the instructions were easy to understand and check out rules are pretty standard and easy. The host was great at communicating and informing us of everything we needed to know and was helpful during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Summary: The house, pool and hot tub were perfect, We had five kids, 8 adults and had plenty of room in the house. Incredible views, wild horses, easy walk to the beach and you can take your car to! We stayed a couple days in Nags Head and Kitty Hawk but this home in Corolla was by far the best place to stay. Our host was so accommodating. Our entire group gave this five stars. Our memories playing on the beach as a family are incredible.

Summary: We had a wonderful visit. The host Barbara was excellent and provided a lot of information prior to our visit and answered questions quickly during our visit. The house was very clean, spacious, decorated nicely, and had everything we needed. The 2nd full size refrigerator was very helpful and so was the ice maker. The elevator was great to have to bring up groceries to the kitchen on the top level. Horses came by the house every day. We drove to the beach every day, but also walked back to the house during the day as needed. The house was perfect, we would love to stay here again!
