Summary: The place is a older wooden building. The place was clean and tidy. My room was clean, even it's at the front of the building, it's quiet. There's no staff around but text messages are clear and easy to follow when I first arrived. Met the cleaning lady called Lee at checkout time. Lee was friendly and helpful. I let her know that I will use the guest house next time I come back.

Summary: This property was excellent. The only two problems were the parking situation in the street and a chair or two in the kitchen would have been a bonus. No cooking allowed but reheating of food allowed. In so saying I did not want to eat my food in the lounge room or my bedroom.
