Summary: The property was quiet clean and felt safe. It is a share property but other guests very friendly and respectful, and Manager checked in via text message prior to arrival and departure to ensure everything was in order.

Summary: The room was clean, aircon was good, kettle fine, teabags in the kitchen. I tought I had ordered a room with ensuite. Which I understand to be private bathroom. The bathroom was shared between 3 rooms, and everyone was neat and tidy so it went ok. The TV did not work. The window overlooked the neighbouring property, wall, and the workers who arrived quite early while I was having my coffee. We smiled at each other I closed the blind. So it was not very dirty but not spotless, ok for overnight in a pinch, but I like my own bathroom.

Summary: Not bad for the price. Didn't see any staff. Facilities okay. Strong smell of bleach in bathroom. Musty smell in bedroom. Perhaps the aircon needs a clean.
