Summary: Lovely oasis with beautiful water views. The villa have all you need for a lovely stay. Loved the Tiki Hut that gave sade by the pool.

Summary: The main thing our son wanted for his last Spring Break was a place that had a dock he could fish from. This place fit that perfectly! Lots of fish and many different varieties. Added plus, the water was so clear at the dock, we saw dolphins, sting rays, jellyfish, and even a nurse shark! The house fit all our needs spot on. The large heated pool with plenty of sunshine time was a hit. The house was spacious with plenty of bathrooms, sitting areas, well stocked kitchen, and large sliding doors that looked over the pool and out towards the dock. This home was very clean, extremely well kept, private with fencing and tall landscaping, and modern yet cozy. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Summary: We spent a week at this home with our two teenage children. The home was just as we expected it to be and was actually better than the pictures. It was extremely clean inside and out and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the expansive and beautiful outdoor space at all times of the day and evening. Very good location for getting around Surfside and a very short drive to the beach, restaurants, etc. Communication with Gael was outstanding. She was very quick to respond to questions and provided very clear instructions for check-in and check-out. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: I have rented many VRBO properties so I know what to look for, and this house was perfect for my family's getaway from the freezing north and busy work lives. The yard, pool, and dock facing the bay is one of the nicest spots on earth. We spent most of our time outside reading and relaxing. The house has been renovated with renters in mind, so even though it's not huge, it's extremely comfortable and well-appointed with an ensuite bathroom for each of the three bedrooms. The owner/manager was extremely responsive and fixed some plumbing issues immediately. My only caution is the walk to the beach is a definite 12-15 minutes, but my older husband just drove anyway. And I preferred the amazing backyard! The neighborhood is low-key residential - which makes for nice and quiet - so no quick walk to a coffee shop or restaurants, but there is a free "trolley" that runs both north and south if you are up for a slow, but pleasant ride. Overall, if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, relaxing stay by the pool and beautiful bay, this one works!

Summary: Our family spent a wonderful week at this beautiful property. The house was well-appointed and the outdoor space was perfection. We enjoyed the pool, kayaking off the dock and watching the sunset from the dock. We did not want to leave!

Summary: We had a nice visit. The house is better than what the pictures show online. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and watching the boats and paddlers go by. The house was well equipped and comfortable. Gael was quick to respond with any questions we had during our stay.

Summary: Nice off street parking for 1 car with remote. Nice pool and everything is clean as can be. This is a true 5 star in my book. Very quite also didn't here anything but a occasional helicopter or plan.
