Positive: The property was new and updated

Negative: The services were not great. We had trouble with room service multiple times. On one particular day, I had to request for the room to be cleaned 4-5 times and we still didn’t get any service. However the front staff was nice enough to issue a refund on the resort fees for that day. That being said for the price of the stay, the services and amenities really were not up to the mark.

Negative: At the pool it felt less clean, and it is also small and rather crowded. The hotel is also far from central places, but that’s great for those who want peace and quiet

Negative: House Keeping wasn’t done one day and after coming back the evening had to wait an hour and after several calls before it was done and the lady doing it had a very bad attitude while we had to wait. Luckily Melissa , the Manager on duty that evening assisted to resolve the issue and also gave us a late check out for the inconvenience caused.
