Negative: Parking space on the tight side as fairly small for a family car. Upstairs floorboards a little squeaky but that's expected in an older property

Positive: Bathroom is wonderful, living room is very comfortable.

Negative: The beds are quite uncomfortable. It was a couple of sleepless nights because of this. Not a property issue but avoid the Black Swan, we stayed last year and it was quite pleasant but this year we were made to feel very uncomfortable. Ignored at the bar on numerous occasions, also a very uncomfortable encounter with a man who used a racial slur aimed at my partner.

Positive: Everything, it is a stunning little house in a postcard perfect village. Beautifully decorated and perfect for kids. I can’t recommend this enough, perfectly located for trips to Kynance Cove and Lizard Point. The Black Swan is a must, food is excellent.
