Positive: Melanie and Bill are wonderful hosts. They make every effort to make us feel welcome. Melanie picked us up from a car park at a nearby supermarket. But the description one receives with the booking is brilliant so it would be actually not necessary. Arriving at the place there is cake prepared for us. We even got eggs from the chicken they have at the property. The place has a huge garden. It is actually a park. It is very tranquil far away from any traffic. It is paradise. Melanie and Bill are very knowledgeable about the area and are full of ideas on what to visit and what to do in Cornwall.

Negative: Our stay was way too short.

Positive: We liked everything! We would highly recommend this accommodation. The hosts are super thoughtful and everything you might need is here. It was lovely to arrive after a long journey and find milk, eggs and Cornish buns. I particularly love the ‘Cornish’ kitchen.

Negative: There was nothing to dislike.

Positive: You will need a car to get to the location. We loved our stay here -- Melanie was so warm and welcoming, and the place is perfect. Very spacious and comfortable with everything you could need and more, and very clean (even has that "clean" smell!) Sainsbury and Lidl are close by too.

Positive: The whole experience was exceptional. Arguably our the best we have ever had in our 47 years of holidays. Wonderful setting, unbelievable. The host and hostess were lovely, pitched it just right, could not have been better. This will be our ‘go to‘ spot in West Cornwall. Last time we will need to research where to stay.
