Positive: Location is perfect, food quaility is good

Negative: Staff at reception was awfull, we came as a group but their behaviours was unaccaptable. Water sports which is belongs to hotel, driving boats kike crazy very near to swimmers, i warn lifeguards but there was no action against them. Out room was very noise, there was some repair job at hotel, cpulxt sleep korning

Summary: Very good location, nice beach , nice entertainment staff, drinks quality could be better

Positive: We stayed at Nirvana as a family for 4 nights and it was exceptional. Everything about this hotel and the experience was top notch: the food, the facilities, the entertainment, staff - all of the above is 10/10. I also loved their customer success team who stayed in touch with me via WhatsApp throughout the entire stay and helped book things or answer questions. Their manager, Güzel is a rock star.

Negative: If I am pressed to say one thing I didn’t like, I’d say it’s pretty far away from everything else. There is not much around the area, so you’d have to drive for a while for other places of interest. But being remote means quiet… which is exactly what we were looking for!

Positive: > Beautiful hotel in a lovely setting with good facilities. > The deluxe rooms with sea view and toiletries supplied were of a high standard. > The mattresses were firm and evening entertainment generally finished before 1am, which ensured a fairly peaceful nights sleep > The choice of food in standard and a la carte restaurants was very good

Negative: There system of assistant can be improved. We came for honeymoon, except useless breakfast they gave us nothing additional, that was sad.
