Positive: Kagan is an exceptional host. I cannot recommend him enough. The place is clean and cozy. The location is great — not too far from the airport, but not too close to noisy hotels.

Negative: Tekirova public beach is close, but nothing special.

Positive: We had such great time at Kagan apartments! The place is very clean and new, it has everything you need for a long stay, especially a very well equipped kitchen with all you need to cook your own meals. We had two lovely balconies with a view over a mountain and a garden. The garden is so nice to relax in, there are lemon and orange trees. Chickens and cats come to the garden sometimes, our kid really enjoyed their company :) The apartments are only a short (and pleasant) walk to the beach. There are also grocery shops very close by if you need anything quickly, but we preferred to walk to BIM or A101 (maybe an 8 min walk). We definitely recommend this place for your visit!

They greeted us with freshly brewed Turkish coffee and treated us to oranges and lemons picked straight from their own garden — such a warm and personal touch. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away, with a pleasant route through quiet, green streets. It’s worth mentioning, for the sake of transparency, that the internet can occasionally be unstable due to the local infrastructure — not a complaint, just an honest observation. Overall, Kagan Apartment offers a peaceful, homey atmosphere and a genuine sense of care. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the area.
