Positive: Cosy and spacious apartment very close to the beach. Nice view from first floor terrace (there are two of them). This is quiet place about 3km from Nea Skioni, perfect for family vacation and children. Hosts are very hospitable and kind. Definitly recommended.

Negative: Some house items and amenities could be a bit updated.

Positive: We had a wonderful and relaxed stay here. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and located in a private, quiet area surrounded by a lovely olive garden. The hosts were very welcoming and even brought us fresh olives and tomatoes from their garden, which was such a nice gesture. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away – although it’s rocky, the water is crystal clear and there aren’t many people, so it feels peaceful and relaxing. Parking is available on the property. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Positive: Family with 3 children of different ages. The apartment was very big. Airy. It was located on the ground floor and we had a balcony on the entire surface of the apartment. The air conditioner worked perfectly. We had the whole yard to explore and look for lizards. The host was very welcoming and answered all the questions and requirements we had. On arrival we found a bottle of water in the fridge, then, on different mornings, we were served figs, tomatoes, and on departure we even received grapes (all from the host's garden). The rooms, bed linen and towels were clean (no cleaning was done during the stay, but I didn't feel the need). After a few days, I told the host that our towels or bed linen had not been changed, and he immediately brought us clean and fragrant ones (he apologized for forgetting and asked us to call him at case of something because he can forget certain things). The location is far from the main street, offering peace and privacy, and 3 km from Nea Skioni. The house is close to the beach (we crossed the road in front of the house and walked 50 meters). We went to the beach near the location, it was rocky, but we liked it a lot because it was just us and the sea. We enjoyed the quietness, the water was very clean and not deep (perfect for the little one). We ate in Nea Skioni, where we found various taverns with acceptable prices. All in all, we felt very comfortable in this location and we recommend the apartment to families with children.

Negative: The sofa in the main room consisted of 2 pieces. It was annoying that the 2 pieces kept coming apart and forming a hole between them (the mattresses were very good and comfortable), there should be a catch between them so that you don't wake up at night to put them together. The wireless signal had moments where it was lost and took some time to recover. We couldn't all be on the internet at the same time. The bathroom was very big but the shower tub was very very small and uncomfortable, the shower curtain was not in a very good condition and hung down, water ran all over the bathroom when you washed. In the kitchen, the grill and coffee maker were not sanitized, we had to wash them very well to be able to use them, and the dish detergent and soap were in very small quantities for the 10 days we stayed.

Positive: Thanks to Theo and Fotis for the wonderful hospitality and friendly attitude. Nireas is an extremely comfortable place for families with children, calm and safe, 2 minutes from the beach in an olive garden. Fotis grows a vegetable garden and throughout our stay we ate freshly picked vegetables. We can't wait to come back!
