Summary: I would give more stars if I could. Property owner was amazing. He give us information about the activities we can do in the area, the grocery store where we can stock up. Villa Palatina was perfect for us! The house is really nice and clean; each room had its own air conditioning. There were plenty of board games, bikes and helmets. The pool is heated and clean. The owner provided an welcoming gift which included a bottle of wine(very good wine!!), a package of nuts and a package of coffee. The house is not too far from the beach and the neighborhood is quiet. We highly recommend this property!

Summary: We spent 7 nights in Villa Palentina, 2 adults and 3 teenagers aged 14 to16 years. We are VERY SATISFIED. We loved the swimming pool area and the wonderful sea view. The house is very big, well equipped and very clean. Extremely nice with 2 bathrooms. The internet worked flawlessly, very important with 3 teenagers :) We arrived after midnight, which was no problem thanks to the combination door lock. The information material sent from the host about the house and area was a big help. Very much appreciated. We can only recommend the Villa Palatina warmly.

Summary: Overall we had a great stay. Lovely villa with a good pool and outdoor space. Inside rooms a slightly cramped with limited storage space but luckily we were not spending too much time in the villa. Definitely recommend a car to get around. Werner was a great host and easy to communicate with. Would recommend!

Summary: We have just returned from a 3 week stay at Villa Palatina where we had a wonderful holiday. The property was very well equipped to a high standard and comfortable and most importantly very clean. The kids loved the pool and the sandy beaches which were just a short drive or comfortable walk away. Werner was a superhost who was always available to deal with any small issues or requests and to offer advice and local recommendations. Check is was easy but I would advise reading Werner's instructions carefully about locating the property as Google maps gets confused. Villa Palatina is definitely on our list of places to return to. My 5 year old daughter says she is going back next year. Many thanks Werner

Summary: Enjoyed a 4 night stay at property while on family vacation with 2 families ( 8 persons total) House was big enough to accomadate all of us and great outdoor private pool area. Also close to famous Cabana Beach bar and short car ride into town . Owner Werner was outstanding with prompt communication and responsive to meeting all our needs.. Summary: What a wonderful holiday home! We really enjoyed spending a few days at this wonderful villa. Even if you think it could be too much space for a couple with two kids we felt really comfortable there. The villa is pretty new, very clean and decorated modern and elegant. The two balconies and the huge terrace are inviting to relax in the evening and morning. There is everything you can have for your lovely holidays: the pool for swimming, the huge garden to play with the kids and the wonderful view down to the Aegean Sea. Unfortunately, we did not use the e-bikes because of our kids. But there is a great opportunity to go for it. The owners thought about everything you would enjoy your holidays. There are nice pool towels, sun chairs and umbrellas on the pool area and a beautiful lounge on the garden side terrace. You can hike or do a bike ride to Paliouri Village or the beautiful Paliouri Beach. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and grilling if you do not want to go out for eating. The local pool and house keeping service was really helpful and professional to deal with. We are very pleased to have chosen this luxury place for our holidays! Summary: This was a great experience. The owner is very easy to communicate with and takes great care of the well being of his guests. Location is excellent and the pool is amazing. Rooms are clean and all with individual Ac I would definitely stay there again.
