Positive: We (4 adults and a toddler) spent 10 days at Ioanis place and no doubt it was a splendid vacation.His place felt like home , fully equipped, clean and cozy. The house is situated near a forest with a beautiful , maintained garden , perfect for your morning coffee. Also has spatious and comfortable terrace with a nice sea view .Private parking is at hand literally behind the place so you can quickly take your stuff in and out. Supermarket is available in a walking distance (200-300meters), wifi is excellent and suitable for remote working. The beach to his house ( 6/7 mins walking distance ) is probably the best in the area providing both free and paid zones. There are also attractions like jets , water ski , beach bar (which is part of a hotel Aegean but serves everyone willing to grab a beer or lunch ). All the advantages his property has are nothing compared to his hospitality and attitude. We strongly recommend his accommodation if you are looking for the perfect host :)

Positive: To say it straight away: If it were only up to the landlord, Ioannis, then we would have to award 100 rather than 10 points. We found the house in a complex with about ten houses built in the same style. I suspect the complex is about fifteen to twenty years old. The houses are surrounded by green areas and you have a beautiful view of the sea from both the ground floor and the first floor. There is a parking space for each house. Everything is extremely clean, the fridge was stocked with cold meats, cheese, butter, bread, water and wine for the first few days. It was a really pleasant experience. Ioannis offered a cleaning after three days and also brought a big plate of fresh fruit. There is very good mosquito protection everywhere in the house. This is also urgently needed.

Negative: This is not a criticism: but the guests should know that: The nearest beach is very difficult to reach via two bad stairs that can hardly be described as such. We did take the somewhat easier route through a large hotel complex and had no problems. But it was off-season and therefore there were probably no strict controls. However, you can get to many other beaches by car in just a few minutes, which are very easy to reach. In the house itself there is a small bathroom with shower on the ground floor. The second small bathroom with shower is on the first floor between the two bedrooms. Certainly no problem for families. The first floor can only be reached via a very narrow, steep staircase. Certainly not ideal for people with disabilities. The kitchen could do with renovation, as could the showers. Unfortunately I can't give 10 points because of these things.

Positive: Great facilities, nice quiet place surrounded by beautiful nature. Individual shaded parking spot. Great views from the yard and from the terrace on the second floor. The villa has literally everything you need, the host lives in the neighbourhood and provides anything you might need extra. Very nice beach is available (2 minutes by car/ 10 minutes walking).

Negative: Honestly everything was excellent.

Summary: Fantastic villa that makes you want to come back again and again.
