Fully ducted air conditioned to keep you cool or cosy.
Multiple living and lounge areas for relaxing together as well as some more private spaces to enjoy your own time.
Indoor and outdoor dining/ entertaining areas, BBQ with extra gas bottle. Heated Magnesium pool, large sundeck and plenty of green space to enjoy and play.
Outdoor and Pool areas may be shared with the Chalet guests.
STRICTLY NO PETS- The Manor is a dedicated wilderness for wildlife sanctuary corridor.

* Ninderry Chalet is Not included in this booking and may be occupied by other guests .
* Not pet friendly and do not accept dogs at this property.
* Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am and by booking, you agree to abide by these guidelines.
We are a Sustainable Home, running on Tank and Septic system and ask that you please be water wise during your stay.
*Strictly NO Loud events.
* NO EXTRA OUTSIDE GUESTS ARE PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY at any time during your stay, Unless by written consent.
Additional fees will apply for extra cleaning/ service fee of the facility for additional unauthorised guests.
Please do not park on our neighbours lawns or the street. All vehicles must be within the property boundary.
No Glitter or decor changes (ie hanging decorations on the walls or moving furniture around)
All damage or extra cleaning will be charged. Please be respectful.

To ensure your privacy, we will be offsite during your stay. However we are available at a phone call for any questions or concerns. We are available to meet/ walkthrough upon request.

Summary: Was Amazing!!!! Had everything we needed for a bunch of ladies to relax and have fun. Plenty of room for us to spread out. The 2 spas were amazing and the pool table great fun. It was the little touches that were appreciated, the welcome pack with some wine and munchies, the speaker and the ice in the freezer was so good and coffee and coffee was well used! It felt like a hotel, sparkling water and cookies in each room and so many bathrooms…wonderful. Thanks so much for making our weekend great!!
