Positive: Beautiful location and view of the hinterland and ocean. It had a very homely and comfortable feel to it. Allan and Janice are friendly and very accommodating too.

Positive: Beautiful retreat overlooking lovely garden. Huge lounge that may be shared with the one other guest room. Large table, several couches, outdoor patio, big tv. The personal touches make it really special - a delicious cake for afternoon tea, chocolates in your room, wonderful breakfast included, respectful , professional hosts . The two guest rooms are in a separate wing to the hosts. Room itself was very comfortable with modern en-suite , lovely linen, comfortable bed, overhead fan, extra large fan if weather was warmer. There was another guest when we stayed but this was enjoyable and there’s a lot of space here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Positive: The location of the Hilltop Hideaway was perfect for me. I wanted quiet, secluded and easy to find...it excelled. It was extremely comfortable and had everything I needed, including a grand piano in the dining room. Getting to have a play was a bonus. Janice and Allen were the most perfect hosts. I will definitely return one day.

Negative: Absolutely nothing except my stay was too short.

Summary: Perfect in every way.
