Positive: Very nice location and amazing view from window. Nature sounds and green area. In apartment have everything what you need.

Negative: Only because of church bells ringing from 7 o'clock in the morning. For me it's ok but for somebody else will be a noisy

Positive: I chose Nido Verde Lago mainly for the balcony and the view—and it absolutely didn’t disappoint. Sitting outside with a coffee in the morning, looking out over the mountains and lake, was easily the highlight of my stay. The balcony is perfectly positioned and makes the whole place feel special. The apartment is a good size and stays nice and cool, with some lovely traditional Italian features that give it character. The master bedroom opens towards the balcony, which is a really nice touch, while the second bedroom has two bunk beds—ideal for families. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The bathroom has a bath/shower and washing machine, and the kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and gas hob. The fluffy towels were appreciated, and thoughtful extras like a dog bed and water bowl are a nice touch. The host was excellent—friendly, responsive via WhatsApp, and made everything very easy. All the information was clear and straightforward, and he even left a cake as a welcome gift, which was a really nice touch. The setting is peaceful in a traditional mountain village, with a small local shop and a larger supermarket about 20 minutes away by car in Dongo with great fresh food. For me, this was exactly what I was looking for—which, in hindsight, is exactly what you’d expect from an Italian mountain village above a lake.
