Summary: We really enjoyed our time at the apartment. Although simply styled, it was immaculately clean and perfect for our purposes. It also had all the necessary amenities for a 9 day long trip. While very convenient to the metro/bus and a half hour walk to the beach, it is not very central and a little bit of a hike to the old city. Having said that, we really enjoyed our long daily walks, which allowed us to better take in the city and work off all that excellent Spanish food! Thank you Conchi for the excellent service.

Summary: Everything a family or few friends could need to enjoy some sun-filled days in Valencia. The nearby #5 metro connects directly to the airport as well as other metro lines for an easy trip to most places. We walked to/from the beautiful beach a few times. Unfortunately our trip was cut short, so we hope to return again. Thank you Conchi and Yolanda! Sorry for leaving some items behind, but as you know we left early and with only hours notice,due to flight restriction craziness.

Summary: Nothing to complain. Good location for beach, eating, shoping and for easy conection to city centre. Clean and well equiped flat in calm street which had everything we needed for our stay. When we will return to Valencia we will try to book this flat again. Last but not least ,communication with owner was kind and at very good level. Ivan ,Slovakia

Summary: Conchi is a very nice host. Her place is very well located a few minutes walking distance from the port of Valencia , Malvarrosa Beach, and the a City of Science. Near by you will find many pubs, restaurants by the sea, museums, shopping centers. Cochi's place has an excellent location if you want to enjoy Valencia city to its fullest. In addition her place has all the things you will need to fell like you are really at home. If you want to enjoy a Valencia city do not hesitate to choose Cochi's apartment. I recommend her place with out hesitation.

Summary: The apartment was well equipped and the owner very helpful. Located around 10 min from the metro line with local buses close by it was easy to get around. The beach is about 20 min walk or short bus ride, the same for the Turia park which was a really nice visit. The city itself is full of wonderful buildings and museums for the days you don't want to be on the beach. My personal favourites were the Science Museum and Bio Park. As with most tourist destinations there were lots of cafes and places to eat. As a UK visitor I would say that while prices for eating out are not cheap they are not expensive either with the more affordable places a little further from the main tourist attractions as you would expect. I would certainly book to come again if the opportunity arose.
