Modern and very bright single-storey house of 80m2 completely renovated, with a modernist style, comfortable, simple and exquisite at the same time. Located in the typical neighborhood of la malvarrosa, just 300 meters from the famous white-sand beach "malvarrosa".
Located in a quiet street without traffic. At 50 m you have all the services: bus, taxi, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and hospitals.
The city center is only 25 minutes away by bus, the City of Arts and Sciences 15 minutes away by bus, as well as El Corte Inglés and the El Saler Shopping Center

Summary: Property in convenient area. Only suitable for 5 not 7 people. Beds in 1 bedroom not in good shape. No blankets provided.

Summary: The apartment has had some recent upgrades but don’t let the pictures fool you. The first bedroom was dingy. Furnished with two twin beds and a wardrobe. Holes in the ceiling and shoe marks on the walls. The hall bathroom was decent. The shoe marks continued down the hallway and into the living area. The kitchen was equipped with refrigerator, stovetop, oven and microwave. However, they don’t leave you any cleaning supplies necessary to wash dishes or clean the countertops. The dining room wall had holes and is riddle with water damage. The second bathroom is small but efficient. The other bedroom is barren with two small uncomfortable beds and a clothes rack. The A/C units in the bedrooms were not good however the unit in the living area worked fine. The small porch area located off the kitchen looked a lot bigger in the pictures but actually is roughly 8ftx8ft and that is being generous. Our experience in one word ROACHES.

Summary: the place is how it looks but it needs some works, pictures might have been taken when the place was done. Overall the flat needs maintenance paintings etc but the host is really nice.

Summary: Great location! Pilar’s place was just right for 2. Couples… 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms separated by the living room. No stairs, comfortable beds … just what we had hoped for. Pilar was always available to answer questions.
