This beautiful house is located near Lake Michigan in Northwest Indiana, less than 10 minutes from the expressway and toll road. There is a stainless steel kitchen, spa bathroom, finished basement and bar with sleeping capacity to accommodate two families. This is a smart home with Ring db, lights and thermostat controlled by your voice. We are less than an hour drive from downtown Chicago, and there are many great beaches nearby. Shopping and great dining options are also within a close drive.
This is a very safe neighborhood with lots of friendly people around. Easy access to Central Ave. which will get you quickly to restaurants, shopping and the highway.
NO PARTIES, or large gatherings of any type. Confetti of any type is not allowed on the premises-interior and exterior. I like my neighbors and they like me. Please only smoke outside, either on the deck or out back/front. SMOKING in the house will automatically get you a NEGATIVE REVIEW. No firearms allowed on premises. No Pets.

Summary: We affectionately refer to this property as the Christmas house! The antique sleigh is a big hit with our grandchildren. We have stayed here multiple times and it’s always our first choice when we’re in the area. The house is very spacious, clean and homey. We have a large family and have plenty of room to spread out. The hosts are absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend!
