Positive: Breakfast was okay. Would have liked more hot food options other than eggs and bacon

Negative: Pool was out of towels the second night of stay and there was no one to be found at front desk to request more and we went to desk 3 different times. Don't like that fact of being charged a refundable damage deposit and it not been refunded back yet. We took a video of the room before leaving to show everything was the same as when we arrived.

Positive: Great property. Would happily go there again. Terrific pools including hot pool and kids pool. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location, we went to the Indiana Dunes. Really nice hotel.

Negative: A staff member repeatedly coughed on the food while setting out the breakfast and complaining to another staff member that she didn’t feel well. YUCK! Staff members should be given paid sick leave if they are sick. If they come in with a cough they should wear a mask and frequently wash their hands. The staff definitely need serious training on these basic health practices for handling food!!! At the very least cough into your we’ve and not all over the food—really yucky.

Positive: The hotel was in an area near food. Longhorn was right next door. The beds were comfortable.
