Fitted with 4 bedrooms and two large baths, the house sleeps up to 9 people. When you aren’t sleeping you can enjoy games and television in the living room or cook a family meal in the large kitchen and dining room. Outside you can grill and kickback around the fire or enjoy lawn games. Centrally located, Roost on the Run is the perfect place to stay when visiting Lancaster County!

House Rules
-During seven (7) day stays, Roost Run personnel will provide clean towels midweek.
-Guest shall allow homeowner/Nest Run staff access to the property for purposes of repair and maintenance. The basement and some closets are locked and shall remain locked at all times. Guests are not permitted access to the basement or these closet areas. Cleaning staff may be in the basement area separated from Guests during the rental period.
-The Primary Guest must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age. By accepting these rules, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of these premises.
-If valuable items are left unattended in bedrooms or parked vehicles, homeowner does not accept responsibility for theft or loss. A safe is provided for valuables in bedroom #4’s closet.(You should not have to worry about theft, the neighborhood is very safe!)
-Free WI-FI is accessible to all Guests. Password is provided upon arrival.
-Six (6) parking spaces are provided. Additional vehicles should be parked on the street and Guests shall obey all parking signs and regulations.
-Do not eat meals in the bedrooms. Do not place drinks on wood furniture without using the coasters provided. Use appliances for their intended purposes only.
-Do not wash clothes in the bathrooms. A washer and dryer are provided for Guests’ use. Clean the dryer filter of lint after every use. There is no daily housekeeping service. Roost Run provides all linens and bath towels with this unit.
-Smoking is prohibited in Roost on the Run. The Registered Guest will be charged a cleaning fee of $500.00 (five hundred dollars) if any guest smokes in Roost Run. Smoking is permitted outside only. Do Not throw butts outside, use butt buckets provided.
-No Pets are Allowed. If a pet is on the property, a damage fee of $150.00 (one hundred fifty dollars) will be charged. Service animals may be permitted with prior approval from homeowner.
-Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order. If Roost Run is left in an unfit condition, a cleaning service fee (over the normal cleaning fee) of a minimum of $250.00 (two hundred fifty dollars) will be assessed.
-The level of noise inside and outside the property must be reasonable at all times. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Guests must be dressed appropriately when using the outside property of Roost Run.
-Be advised that there are security cameras on the exterior of the property. The cameras view the parking lot area, patio, and front and rear entryways.
-No fireworks

Summary: The Roost is an excellent VRBO. Very very nice. Nice layout and furnished. Comfortable for all ages, we had family there from 2 to 74. Games for all. Great comfortable beds. Bathrooms first class. HVAC and wifi worked well. Private backyard. Owners easy to communicate with. We’d highly recommend the Roost.

Summary: The photos don’t do it justice, it’s even nicer in person! It’s an incredibly clean and beautifully decorated property. Every detail has been thought of, from coffee to creamer, dishes to use outdoors and s’mores ingredients. Our son got married at Melhorn Manor during our stay (the bride’s parents rented Nest on the Run next door). We all agreed the location of these homes in proximity to the venue was perfect. Amazing properties! Look no further, HIGHLY recommend them!

Summary: Our large group of girls had an amazing experience at this house. We used this house for our wedding weekend, our venue being a 5 minute walk down the road. Communication with the owner was amazing from day 1 of booking until check out.

Summary: This house instantly felt like home. The room layouts, the interior decorating, the attention to detail - it was all just perfect. Our group (two families with kids aged 6 - 14) wished we could have stayed longer. We all loved this house. There was more then enough room for all of us. With the rain, we were unable to enjoy all of the amenities outside, but loved the video games, comfy couch and multiple smart tv's throughout the house. The bathrooms and kitchen were immaculate and well stocked. The signs throughout the home were clear and helpful, and the welcome book actually gave us a lot of good tips for things to do in the area. We come to Hershey often, and this will now be our "go-to" house for sure!

Summary: This property was ample space for our family of 8 adults gathered for a wedding nearby. The house is pristine clean inside and out, has 3 porches and great backyard space with rocking chairs and a fire pit and lots of room to run. Lots of parking. The kitchen was amply stocked; the furniture was comfortable. There are only 2 bathrooms, but they are spacious and it worked out fine. Area has walking trails, beer breweries, farms, Hershey nearby, so lots to do. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer!

Summary: This home and the sister property next door were perfect places for the bride's family and groom's family along with bridesmaids and groomsmen to stay the weekend. We all made it a home away from home with a deluxe kitchen, new appliances, ample gathering places, video games and many local Mount Joy decorations. Comfortable beds and linens, ample parking, a fire pit, treats upon arrival, and great communication. A+ all around!
