Positive: No breakfast. Location is ideal for our purposes. The bath towels are heavenly. The no-slip floor of the bathtub is much appreciated!

Negative: The high mattresses are tricky for short old ladies to use, and an extra grab bar around the bathtub would be helpful. We could use some additional hand towels.

Summary: We choose the Red Rose for it's convenience and affordability.
