This spacious home is newly renovated and is located directly across the street from Lake Wallenpaupack. It is a perfect spot to relax with your family and has plenty of room for everyone. There is a fully finished basement with a game room, smart TV, pool table and air hockey table. Outside there is a firepit (perfect for s'mores), a grill and easy access to the lake. Caffery Recreation area, Capri Marina and Capri Restaurant are just steps away!
This house is located directly across the street from Lake Wallenpaupack. The lake can be reached directly through the woods, but a short, 150 ft. walk to the right is community access via stairs and a path.
*There is no private dock*
- Renters with boats can contact Caffery Recreation Area to inquire about launching boats and parking boat trailers.
- There is community access to the lakefront approximately 150 feet to the right of the house. The lakeshore is rocky, but Wilsonville Beach is just a short drive away.

Summary: We used this house as a home base for a planned spa day at Woodloch and it was perfect! Plenty of space and outdoor fire pit is great. Only knock was the grinder pump in the basement woke the whole house up at 3am but we understand that is hard to control. Great location and the host was very responsive and accommodating to my questions before hand.

Summary: The property is absolutely gorgeous. We spent a lot of time fishing, swimming, and boating on the lake. The lake area is filled with wildlife. We got close up of bald eagles and hawks. The house was close enough to the town of Hawley for the grocery store, restaurants, and Dairy Twist (excellent ice cream). The fire pit at night was a perfect way to wind down. We loved our vacation.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at the Brady Bunch House! It was the perfect size for our group and was so clean when we arrived! It was near all the planned activities and we didn't have to travel more than 20 minutes to anything! When we got there, there was a little issue with the door code, but I got in touch with Lauren, and she assisted right away! So it was a non-issue! We couldn't have asked for a better place and a more wonderful host!

Summary: Our stay was so much fun! The house is a short walk to the lake and everyday we would see deer in the yard which the kids absolutely loved. The house was clean and the beds were so comfortable. The kids and adults enjoyed the game room. Highly recommend for a relaxing lake house vacation!

Summary: We planned the classic family vacation for Summer 2024. We had 2 families of 4 plus another extended family member and this house provided us everything we were looking for. There was plenty of space for everyone to both get together and find some quiet time if needed. Front yard provided space for outdoor activities and the lake was easily accessed just across the street. The house was very clean and updated including smart tv’s that made reviewing everyone’s daily pictures and videos easy. It should go without saying but everything in the listing/description is accurate, Overall this house really helped us enjoy our family vacation. Would highly recommend this house!!

Summary: This house was very clean and perfect for a bachelor party trip. The house was big and in a centralized location which made things easy and we’re also able to store our boat on site. The house had many amenities as well. The property manager responded to inbox questions and was very helpful.

Summary: Overall we had a very nice week. The house was roomy with enough bedrooms for our family. It is in a convenient location, situated near many attractions (like public beach, hiking trails, Claws N Paws Zoo, brewery). We enjoyed the fire pit (the host provided the makings for S'mores) and the game room (pool table!). On the downside, access directly to the lake was not optimal. Although you can access the lake across the street, the swim area was small and rocky so not a good option for us since we had an 18 month old child. The grounds around the house were hilly and steep so, again, not optimal for a young child. Finally, the dining area was a bit tight. It was a big table, seats around 10, but it was located in a small room. Not very comfortable
