Summary: Dirty room, grungy jacuzzi, dirty pool, super uncomfortable bed. Insanely loud heater. No towels, bad food, rude service… first impression at checkin was great. Everything else was disappointing.

Summary: The tile in pool area are falling apart at some point you can’t patch it , hot tub jets were all over place.. some of walls need updating again you can only patch so much

Summary: The food was horrible as it was my birthday and the room wasn’t as clean for $600. We opened the door at 8 am as there was about 2 inches of snow as we were heading to breakfast. We packed and went to check out. No plow as we were in the Cove which is a hill. Trying to leave was scary cause the hill to leave was steep and not salted not plowed. First and last trip up there Horrible birthday ever

Summary: The staff was great, My partner and I were disappointed in the room due to the following. We went to use the pool and it was cold and then we went to use the hot tub in the room and started filling it up and got in and then noticed stuff floating in it. We got out immediately, called down to the front desk and they offered to turn the pool up and we asked for a call back once it was done and never received a call back. They did offer to move us to another room but it was late and we didnt want to pack everything up. The main reason for us to come there was the room amneties which we didnt get a chance to use.

Summary: Rooms need to be updated, half the buildings are closed and run down. The bed was uncomfortable but over all it was ok. The pool in room is not heated fyi. Overall like I said it was ok.
