Positive: We enjoyed the entertainment and staff was very good. Especially Gina, Eric, Chris and Fran as we have been coming over 15 years now and its great to see the same staff there.

Negative: I was a little surprised that the workout room/equipment was gone, hopefully there is something new being done to that area.

Summary: Overall our stay was good and will continue to keep coming 2 times a year.

Positive: Easy to get around staff was wonderful

Negative: Ripped bedding. Tried to use jacuzzi 3 times. Not enough hot water for a bath. Had to rush through shower.

Summary: Food was good.but would not go back just wasn’t worth the price Iwas disappointed

Negative: Business practice of offering upgrades b4 arrival is not good- if unable to fulfill the offer . ..waiting on standby is unacceptable. Maid service was unacceptable, did not change towels. Unsure if vacuuming was even done.

Negative: The mold and cracked floor in our bathroom also going down the stairs in our room. We didn't like that activities stop at 10 pm.
