Summary: Jimmy was an attentive host from the start. He checked in on us before, during and after our stay to assure we got everything we needed. The check in and out process was easy too. I was able to text Jimmy if I had questions and he was quick to respond.The location was ideal. The house is by a busy street but we rarely heard the outside noise. So many places within a reasonable driving distance, Disneyland being one of them. Newport Beach was about a 30 min drive. I had to do a grocery run really early in the morning and Walmart was an 8 minute drive. I had great coffee at a sweet local cafe called Intentional coffee which was a walkable distance. We were really pleased w our stay. Thanks Jimmy for being a great host!

Summary: Jimmy was a wonderful host who made sure everything was perfect for my stay there. The house was completely remodeled and decorated very cute. The location was central to many tourist attractions. I highly recommend this home for a stay when you’re in California!

Summary: Jimmy's place is well located by OC theme parks and major freeways. It was 10 minutes to Disney and only 30-40 minutes to the beach. It's tastefully appointed throughout and perfect for our stay with a family of four, with two kids 2 and 4. This was the most spacious SoCal vacation rental we've stayed in. The kids loved the bedroom with 2 twin beds next to each other, and they spent plenty of time playing in the backyard. The only minor complaint is the bed in the master bedroom was a little too firm for us, but that's personal preference. Overall, I would easily recommend this listing as a great choice for the area.
