Summary: We visit Lake Havasu 1-2 times per year and love to stay at Kingsview Condos. Second time here at Taren's condo. Nicely remodeled! Well stocked. Clean. Great lake view from balcony! Excellent communication with Taren. We enjoyed our stay, again! Thank you! :)

Summary: We can’t say enough about this location. I’ve been to Havasu 10 plus times and finally decided to check out the condos at Kings view. This was such a perfect location to just sit and relax and enjoy the festivities. The condo has a nice large deck and the condo was very spacious. We had a question and the owners went above and beyond to help us. Great communication, great owners! We absolutely will stay here in the future.

Summary: On Saturday, 7/15, around 5pm, there was a boat fire on the northside on the Bridgewater channel. Hope the passengers are ok. Fire Dept responded quickly. GREAT time this past weekend at Kingsview Condo! Communication was excellent with Taren. Easy check in/easy check out. Well appointed condo and well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds! Comfortable patio chairs. So relaxing to watch the boats go by while sitting on the patio. Comfortable living room sofa. AWESOME view of London Bridge and Bridgewater channel. Excellent condo location! Since it was super hot this past weekend, we rented a pontoon from Champion Boat Rentals on Saturday and Sunday. This a must during the hotter months. Taren, thank you, we very much enjoyed our stay! :)
