Aspen is a special place to me, and because of that, I was very particular about the condo I chose to buy. This condo has it all -- newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom (2024), close proximity to downtown Aspen, the Music Tent; buses to all four ski mountains; a hot tub and swimming pool, a well- appointed kitchen that's stocked for most needs whether you're a foodie, a wine lover, a family, a toast-and-cereal person or all of these; a Smart TV in the living room and a TV in the bedroom; a large walk-in closet for bulky ski clothes or summertime backpacks; a steam shower and double sink in the bathroom, and comfortable living room seating perfect for relaxing as well as entertaining. Best of all, the condo is flooded with natural light.
The condominium complex is beautifully appointed with flower- and plant-lined pathways, a lovely pool setting with a peaceful waterfall, and mountain yet modern architecture. Bike racks are situated on the property for easy in-and-out access, and the complex itself is extremely well-managed and impeccably clean.
Just one stay here and I can promise you, you'll keep coming back.

Summary: Everything is remodeled and super clean. The shower and bathroom were very modern and big. I highly recommend this unit. The location is great since you can walk downtown to all the restaurants etc .

Summary: The condo is perfectly located for a stroll to town, parks, trails, and the best access to the cleanest/fastest/most helpful transit system (recommend all to download the Roaring Fork Transit and Downtowner (free uber) apps before your stay.) Summary: The condo was just as described - plus newly renovated kitchen and bathroom with lovely touches. Super convenient location close to "downtown" Aspen and the Aspen Institute. Laura was regularly in touch and made everything easy. It was the perfect space for our stay.

Summary: We had a great stay here! The condo matched the description and photos to a tee. It was comfortably furnished with everything needed for a great stay. While on Main Street, the unit was quiet, and it was great for us as a couple with one college-age kid. Laura is a superlative owner who is responsive and thoughtful (a great notebook with local tips is in the unit). This is a Goldilocks property--everything is just right!

Summary: This was one of my better VRBO choices and the host is quite responsive and friendly. I like the location which is close to the bus stops as I did not rent a car for my trip. The condo is nice and cozy and the steam shower is an added bonus. Next time I hope to bring my family to explore that Aspen magic!

Summary: The windows were open upon arrival, and it was about 20 degrees outside. I was exhausted from travelling, and that upset me. The down comforter was super heavy with thick bed duvet. Another lighter one would be great!
