Positive: Good amenities onsite. It has a full kitchen with kitchenware and washer/dryer for laundry. Very nice for someone who wants to have a simple meal at home or the day hikers who want to do the laundry. There’s a bus stop right across the street, and a we-cycle station where you can rent a bike or e-bike for 30mins (free). It’s in very convenient yet quiet location. Walking to downtown Aspen takes about 15 minutes.

Negative: The bed was not comfortable and so were the pillows. The first day we arrived, we found stains on the bedsheets and hairs in the bathtub. It’s a bit disappointing that this lovely unit wasn’t maintained for the best. We contacted the front desk and they nicely did a cleanup the very next day.

Positive: Thank you for everything! It was amazing! My husband and I didn’t expect such a high level of service! Fries properties much better that most five star hotels we've been to before!

Negative: The advertisement is with Hot Tub Spa. Which yes there is a jacuzzi in the bathroom. But the facility outdoor spa was only partially operational. The gate was broken.
