Unwind at this newly renovated apartment steps from Downtown Littleton and its amazing shops, restaurants, coffee shops and bars! Located only a 5 min walk away from the Light Rail Station, train into Downtown Denver or the Airport.

This garden level apartment is accessed via a private entrance on the backside of the main house. You'll receive your personalized access code before you check-in.
Enter into the foray and drop off your hiking boots and jackets before continuing into the living room with 50" TV, sofa with a memory foam pull-out and dining table.
In the Kitchen you'll find all the gear needed to whip up a great meal or strong pot of coffee.
The sparkling bathroom has an amazing modern shower and is stocked with toiletries and towels for your stay.
Begin and end your day in the large bedroom with a queen bed, dresser and closet and catch the golden hour light as it comes in through the expansive window.

You will have full access to the downstairs apartment and yard. Sorry at this time, pets are not allowed. We have some hops plants in the backyard that can be toxic for our furry friends. Free parking is available just outside on the street.

Summary: With a conference in the Denver area, my wife and I decided to come a bit early and explore the area. What a delight Littleton was - and this spot was a great location to explore from! I loved being able to walk to a park, or even downtown from the location. We discovered the Bacon Social House and we were delighted! You can have a ball just hanging around town, or explore the area - we took a day to see Margaret Brown's historic mansion in Denver. We needed to reach out to the manager one time, and he was very responsive.

Summary: This apartment is cozy. I gave it 3 stars because there is no air conditioning, laundry facility or dishwasher. Also, thank goodness I brought my surface. The television did not work. There is only street parking and the house next door is apparently a habitat for humanity project. This is okay, but knowing you have arrived at your VRBO by passing a porta potty is not the greatest.

Summary: This was a wonderful experience. Very private, quiet, very nicely and thoughtfully equipped and spotless. The host was friendly, helpful, informative and nonintrusive. We will definitely stay here again.

Summary: Everything was exactly as the listing described and the photos were very accurate. High quality workmanship, very well done when making this a rental property. Great little entrance/mudroom. Very quiet! No noise from the home above us or the street!! The location was perfect as well! Our entire experience was flawless. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we plan to stay here during our stays in the future to visit family if accommodations are needed. A huge Thank You to the owner!! We highly recommend this VRBO! You won't be disappointed!!
