Our fully remodeled South Boulder home is a rare gem that rests just below the towering foothills. Easy walking access to the best trails, and the Skip bus stop is a stones throw away which allows you to easily access downtown Boulder. Enjoy an evening beverage from the hot tub on the deck with mountain views, or cook in the modern and well equipped kitchen with wrap around views of nature. Our home is convenient to all South Boulder markets and restaurants, and is an easy 10 minute drive or 20 minute bus to some of the most renown restaurants in Colorado.
Boulder is a world-class destination; an outdoor paradise that has all of the city attractions with a small town feel. Boulder was recently noted to be the "happiest" city in the US by certain metrics. And this is no surprise.
The house is located west of Broadway in south Boulder in a quiet neighborhood with mountain views. You will have easy access to everything that you need no matter your interests. And perhaps you just want to relax in a comfortable and secure home, which our house can provide.
There are festivals throughout the year, although the majority occur during the summer season. During the winter you can choose to ski the local mountain, which is 45 minutes away, or you can head west on I-70 and enjoy the best skiing that Colorado has to offer. Then relax in the hot tub after a long and adventurous day.

Summary: This place was perfect for our team (4 ) to rest and replenish after attending a conference in Boulder. We cooked our own food in the beautiful kitchen and there were plenty of bathrooms and beds for everyone to have some space to be alone. The hot tub overlooks the mountains and the deck was the perfect place to have morning coffee and journal time. We are so grateful for this home and would come back! So clean. So beautiful. And the owners were wonderful to work with. Not a place for loud late nights due to the family neighborhood, but a perfect place for living and enjoying Boulder. Thank you SO SO MUCH!!! We hope to be back!

Summary: This house has nice open spaces with views of the mountains. The house is set up well for a family with children. It is very well equipped and appointed. Dan was a great host and made sure everything went smoothly. The location was very convenient to access all that Boulder has to offer. I will stay here again if the opportunity arises.
