Summary: Great view & location. Quieter than I would have thought, that close to Hwy 101. Very spacious, plenty of beds, and baths for 4 dudes. Coffee pot still had and old filter & grounds in it when we arrived. Dishwasher might have been run, of maybe the soap pod just didn't come out of the dispenser ?? Refrigerator froze most of our food, made the salads a little mussy, and the Costco rotisserie chicken took a little longer the reheat than normal. Tried turning down the fridge & freezer, but still way to cold. The place says that it slopes like 20, but with only 8 forks, not sure how to feed everyone? A little light on dishes for a large group. Now that I know, I'd stay there again, it worked.

Summary: This is a large apartment on the second floor next to a main road. The place is quite noisy. The was not enough kitchen stuff for our large group of people. The fireplace wasn't working.

Summary: The property was very good. Excellent view of the ocean. BUT, no beach access. The coffee pot quit working. The ice maker didn't work. We finally found the coffee mugs in the dishwasher. The dishwasher was full of CLEAN dishes and silverware.

Summary: Driveway & parking lot NOT motorcycle friendly! View is great!! House had issues. Could not get a hold of anyone with noise complaint. Had to confront other tenant.

Summary: This place is worth staying in for the incredible ocean view and whale watching!! Also has easy walking access down to the awesome beach with shells, agates, and sea life in the rocks. Plenty of beds for your family up to 14, and the even allows up to 4 dogs, which is amazing! All the important stuff is clean. The bathrooms and bedding are nice and clean. The place has wear and damage from the large groups that have stayed there. I hope they replace it, but the refrigerator is in bad shape, and there are no usable cooking pans. For the price, I felt like I got a good deal for our large family plus 3 dogs. If we stayed there again, I would fix food ahead of time and just heat it up in the oven. Bring your own pans/lids, cutting board and coolers for drinks, buy ice. I rate it a 4 for the view, clean beds/baths, and the gas fireplaces are nice.

Summary: We rented 3 units on this property for a family gathering. I told the property manager I was not going to throw them under the bus by leaving a bad review because of all the problems had, but being double booked due to lack of communication on the last night was the last straw. READ the REVIEWS- which I did but figured they were old enough for the issues to be resolved. Also it is not as pictured on the listing. Every single-issue people had on the reviews we also had and then some.. That being said- we had a GREAT time and made due with what we could use that actually worked in each unit. Our 5 bedroom had plenty of space for us to use as a common meeting spot. The view is AMAZING! and it was dumping snow a few times which made it super magical! Short steep walk to the beach.The kids had a great time in the rooms with the bunks. I would think it would be common sense to put the extra tv in the kids room but whatever...The fireplaces were nice on a cold snowy day. The double booking on the last day ended up working out 100% in our favor. We found our new goto rental in LC.and stayed at that house 2 extra days! We had to rush out of the unit. I would have liked to have left the place cleaner. ( I am a cleaner myself) We were able to hustle and strip all the beds, 2 loads of laundry, all the dishes, trash. Not sure how they were planning on taking care of all the Maintenace issues before next guests??? For being a Vacasa property, supplies were well stocked. Ahhh memories....

Summary: Fireplace didnt work, tv only had 1 channel, fridge had a brokendrawer and no glass top for it, missing shelves, patio dips so there's a continuous pool of water there. The view was beautiful and we found ways to try to make things work but overall could use some work

Summary: We loved the view , the roominess and having 3 full bathrooms and the fireplaces. The beach access is a bit a challenge but so worth venturing forth. We recommend staying to the right when you get to the end of the road. Go left on the beach and find lots of treasures from beachcombing.
