Family Tides Villa is a newly renovated and tastefully decorated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom 2nd floor villa. It has new paint, stainless steel appliances and updated furnishings and is located on desirable Harbor Island. As you enter the villa, you will be in awe of the amazing view from the double sliding glass doors. The open floor plan is comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an on-site washer/dryer for your convenience. There is a half bath located downstairs, and a dining area for 4 with additional seating for 2 at the bar. This leads into a cozy family room with plenty of space for friends and family. The family room has a Smart TV, internet, cable and access to the new deck with outdoor seating. Enjoy views of the tidal marsh, ocean, and Hunting Island and feel the soft breezes from the deck. Upstairs you will find the master and guest bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a Smart tv, walk-in shower and a large triple wide window for viewing the ocean, marsh and Hunting Island. The guest bedroom has one double bed and one twin size bed with cable TV. Each spacious bedroom has a ceiling fan to keep you cool at night.
Come enjoy the natural beauty of Harbor Island and the quiet family atmosphere at Cedar Reef. Beach Access #1 is just a few steps away! A short walk takes you to one of the most beautiful beaches on the East coast with an abundance of wildlife and beautiful scenery in every direction. Harbor Island is notorious for a quiet beach getaway, with plenty of amenities available at your fingertips. The Harbor Island Racquet club is available to you during your stay with 2 swimming pools, a kiddie pool, tennis, volleyball, a half basketball court, pickleball courts, fitness/weight rooms, and playgrounds. Golf cart and bike rentals are all available for rental right on the premises. Hunting Island State Park is less than a 5-minute drive, where you can explore the 2 different beaches, the Lighthouse, Nature Center and more! If you'd like to explore something other than natural beaches, historic Beaufort, SC is just minutes away as well as both historic Charleston, SC (90 minutes away) and Savannah, GA (an hour away). Summary: We love the slower pace of Harbor Island and knew it would be a great place for a weekend away with our 3 year old granddaughter. The condo was clean, decorated beautifully, and had everything we needed. The marsh view from the living room, balcony, and master bedroom was lovely. The beach, pools, and playground were juts a short walk away.

Summary: The property was very nice as advertised. Furnishing were good and very comfortable. Very clean upon arrival. No complaints about the property unit. Would recommend renting this unit Ocean view was very distance. Access getting to the beach was good an easy walk. Actual beach was disappointing. During low tide you had to walk close to half a mile from beach to get to the ocean. During high tide ocean depth was only waist high. Ocean was like a huge wadding pool.
