This spacious unit is within walking distance to all amenities on Harbor Island- enjoy a game of tennis with the family, basketball, or take a swim in the resort pool. Take a five minute ride down the road and check out Hunting Island State Park and Beach, it's locals and tourists top favorite things to do! The unit is a short ride to Downtown Beaufort and Port Royal.

The King master bedroom is located on the second level of the condo. With a full private bathroom, and smart TV w/ cable. Also on the second level is a Queen master bedroom with a full private bath, and a flat screen TV. Both bedrooms are spacious and bright!
On the main level, the kitchen has plenty of space for you to cook your favorite family meals. There is modern appliances and kitchen essentials for you to utilize. The dining area has a table and seating for four. There is also a half bathroom located on the main level!
The living area is located on the main level and has plenty of room for your family to spread out and relax after a long day on the beach. With seating for all, a large TV with cable and streaming, it won't be hard to find what to watch on family movie night! Right off the living area is sliding doors that open to the beautiful views of serene Harbor Island on your private back deck.

There are walking and bike paths throughout the island, the community pool and hot tub, crabbing and piers, tennis courts and basketball courts! All these amenities are all available to you and your family.
