Positive: Great location next to the station. Large rooms, plenty of space for 5 adults and stylish design. Good kitchen facilities for cooking.

Negative: As property mentions the back garden needs a face lift, but not a problem for the weekend we were there! Only note is the bathroom splits across bottom floor and en-suite can be a little tricky to navigate amongst guests but no real issue

Positive: -Beautifully decorated bedrooms -Kitchen and bathroom spacious and well equipped -Ideally located for visiting Sundown Adventureland -Easy to get parked on the street outside the property -Good communication from host

Negative: - The outdoor spaces are not appealing, however, there is a sign in the property saying there are plans for this to be sorted out soon. -The living room/staircase could do with a lick of paint to be in line with the rest of the property. -Bins in the bedrooms would be a worthwhile addition.

Positive: Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for our stay. Really couldn't fault anything. I spoke to Ellie a few times on the phone and was sure that if anything was wrong she would have sorted it. Although the parking was on the road we didn't have any problems; mostly parking right outside.

Negative: There was nothing we didn't like and we were three grumpy old men!

Summary: Great stay. Absolutely perfect for our trip 'up North'

Positive: The house is amazingly comfy and well equipped. Easy to find and no issue with the parking, you’ll always find a space close to the flat. The landlord is adorable and responsive.

Negative: Absolutely nothing to complaint about 😄

Positive: House is set in a quiet residential area where you could park in street in front of the house and it was also very close to train station. It was a pleasant 5 minute stroll over the canal to Retford town.The host was responsive and went above and beyond to sort out below issue described below. Cleaners when arrived next day were lovely and thorough. House had all facilities one could need for a comfortable stay. Would definately recommend if staying in Retford.

Negative: On arrival the house was not clean and ready due to a mix up of dates by the cleaning team. (Fortunately spare linen was found. I was assured this was a once off happening and the cleaners arrived the next day and were very proficient).

Positive: The facilities were excellent! Lovely and clean, cosy and comfortable throughout, particularly the beds, pillows and sofas. Netflix was a nice touch! Huge bath and powerful shower, one of the bedrooms has an en suite too which is great. We had a lovely stay and felt right at home. Great communication from Ellie too so checking in and out was super easy!

Negative: No complaints!

Positive: Cannot fault it- great stay, would 100% recommend. Beautiful property,modern and well decorated. Clean, ordered and cleaning utilities/ instructions provoded Free parking right outside. Cute welcome basket with info about local amenities etc Great price. Eloise was available for any questions throughout my stay :)
