Summary: If you're looking for a relaxing retreat for yourself or your family, this is the place. Beautiful location! From the dock we saw dolphins everyday, Manatees, Sting Rays, and crabs! The afternoons and evenings bring in a warm and crisp summer breeze. Each meal my family had, when we didn't go out, was on the back deck. Swinging and watching our boys play catch in this beautifully landscaped yard was the icing on the cake. Very cute town! We did a ton of shopping and drive to Cocoa Beach for a day and ate on the water. We even got to experience the most beautiful fireworks display our last night because a house down the road had a wedding. We can't thank you enough for opening up your stunning home to us.

Summary: The bungalow was exactly as described and then some! Despite the mosquitoes, which are expected in FL, the location could not be beat - 40 minutes to Kennedy Space Center (we watched a rocket launch from the property's dock!), 90 minutes to WDW, 10 minutes across the Causeway to the beach, one mile from fun bars and eateries. VERY comfortable, clean, and well cared for. We will definitely be back! Oh -- did I mention the dolphins, sting rays, horseshoe crabs, and manatees -- all within reach from the dock!

Summary: It's hard to capture all the wonder of this unique waterfront oasis. From the brand-new colorful decor and trendy finishes to the outstanding views, we couldn't get enough. Relaxing under the winding trees and breeze from the river, we had the most incredible time. There is also plenty of room for the entire family. Bonus for the boat access! The owners were spectacular and so helpful - sharing recommendations for things to do, which were amazing. We will absolutely be back.

Summary: This past weekend my family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay here in melbourne. The property was beautiful and everything was well maintained. The house was like new and very clean. The house had all the essentials and the neighborhood was lovely. Our host was super responsive and texted us back with a handful of recommendations on things to do in the area. We were able to enjoy the most gorgeous sunrise on the water and had a cool breeze that night while we sat around the fire pit. Overall it was an amazing trip and we will definitely be staying here again in the future with our friends and family.

Summary: Loved this brand new house! I was visiting with my family and it was the perfect spot for a large group. We rented a boat from Anchorage Marina and parked it at the private dock in the backyard and used it all weekend! It’s in a super cute arts district and just over the bridge from the beach. The house is beautiful and comfortable. The backyard is huge and we had a yoga session on the back deck. We also had fun using the paddle boards in the river. Corey was responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our visit and will absolutely to be back!
