Summary: This cottage was above and beyond what my family and I were expecting. Very clean with a right a home feel that will get your mornings started out right on your vacation. Our host was very courteous and outgoing. We will definitely be coming back as returning guests real soon.

Summary: This is a great little property. Perfect for an extended stay. Everything worked and the place was very clean. They thought of everything. Walking distance to many dining and shopping options in the local art district. Coast was very responsive and had great communication. I hope this unit is available each time I come back to the area.

Summary: We returned to my hometown to show my son around. It's a great location. It's a couple blocks from the river, and a causeway away from the beach. It's a perfect location to enjoy all that central Florida has to offer. We went to the Kennedy Space Center, Ron Jon's (not something locals love, but something my son wanted to see, ha), and took in an airboat experience (Wild Florida-totally worth it). Nothing was too far away, and the property was there waiting for us in our free time. It was great!

Summary: This was the perfect little space for our family. The cottage has a nice size bedroom for my husband and myself and the 2 teenagers took over the sofa bed. The kitchen was a nice size and the bathroom had a very nice large shower. We spent most of our time at the local beaches (just a short drive) and exploring the area. The art district was a very easy walk with some nice little shops! The hosts and their family were absolutely wonderful!
